Due to the growth of the business, our client is now searching for a motivated Investment Lending Manager to join the Melbourne CBD office. The Opportunity

In this role, you'll operate as a business owner within the firm’s ecosystem. You will manage the end-to-end lending journey for clients focused on wealth creation through property.

• Business Development: Proactively build and manage a referral network and client pipeline.
• Strategic Advice: Navigate complex investment structures to provide bespoke lending solutions.
• Credit Excellence: Utilise your deep understanding of credit and risk to ensure high-quality submissions and first-time approvals.
• Client Management: Act as a long-term partner to your clients, helping them grow their portfolios over time.
